This LA branch of an innovative structural engineering firm conveys creative brand identity with an exaggerated cantilevering reception desk and rebar-cap entry wall.

Placing kitchen, bookshelf-lined communal work pods, and corner reading nooks along the outside wall maximizes 44th-floor views while encouraging collegiality and collaboration. Glass-enclosed conference pods line the interior, while the main conference room (behind rebar cap signage) opens to kitchen-side social space for firm-wide presentations.
